Yes, we have one of the most beautiful libraries in all the land filled with thousands of books, just waiting to be read.  It is the people of Milton, Georgia, however that bring this building to life… the families bringing their children here to discover the wonder of a good book and the magic of having a library card; the collaborative groups working in the private meeting or study rooms to create a project or begin building a dream; the team from the Fulton County Public Library System working long hours keeping the library and its valuable materials neatly organized.

We are The Friends of the Milton Library, a non-profit organization made of local residents who championed the idea of a library and now exist to support the library and its many programs through fundraising and other volunteer efforts.

The opening of our fabulous new library is just the beginning!  Won’t you consider joining us as a Friend?  There are many ways to get involved.  Check out our website for more information, attend one of our events, or drop by and say “hello” at the Friends of the Milton Library Barn, located onsite just outside the new library.

We think you’ll agree that life is only made richer when spent with Friends!
